Delivery and Return Terms

Softvia delivers digital services, not physical goods. This policy explains how delivery is handled, when cancellation may be reviewed, and which costs are non-refundable.

1. Delivery Model

Services purchased from Softvia are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is made for web design, software development, SEO, consulting, or similar service packages.

Delivery Process:
  • Package Services: After purchase, our team reaches out to start onboarding and project execution.
  • Project Delivery: Websites, software deliverables, or access credentials are considered delivered when deployed, handed over by email, or made available through the relevant panel or environment.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard service packages are typically delivered within 3 to 15 business days after all required inputs, assets, and approvals are provided by the client. Custom projects may follow a separate timeline defined in the project agreement or scope document.

Delivery timing may change where the client delays content, access credentials, technical approvals, or other project dependencies.

3. Cancellation and Refund Review

3.1. General Rule

Under Turkish consumer legislation, digitally delivered services and services that begin execution electronically may fall within the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Once project execution has started, arbitrary cancellation or refund requests may not be available.

Softvia Goodwill Review Policy

Within the limits of applicable law, Softvia may review cancellation or refund requests in the following cases:

  • If the project has not started yet, and the request is submitted promptly after purchase, a full refund may be reviewed.
  • If the service cannot be delivered at all due solely to a technical failure attributable to Softvia, a full refund may be reviewed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable because they are paid to third-party providers or allocated irreversibly once activated:

  • Domain registration fees
  • SSL certificate fees
  • Server or hosting setup costs
  • Google, Meta, or other paid media budgets spent on platforms

5. How to Submit a Request

  1. Send your request with your order reference and explanation to muhasebe@softvia.com.tr.
  2. Our team reviews requests within 1 to 3 business days.
  3. If a refund is approved, the refund timing depends on the relevant payment provider and banking process.
